Your right to deletion

You can request the deletion of personal data that Zetior holds about you at any time. This page explains what data we hold, how to request its deletion, and how long it takes.

What data we may hold

• Account data: your name, email, organization and login details.
• Contacts & conversations: phone numbers, contact details and WhatsApp message history that your organization has stored in the Service.
• Usage & diagnostic data: logs and metadata generated while using the Service.

Zetior processes WhatsApp messages on behalf of the business (our customer) that connected the WhatsApp Business Account. If you are an end‑customer who messaged a business using Zetior, the business is the controller of your data — see “End‑customers” below.

How to request deletion

Choose whichever applies to you:

• Account holders: sign in and delete individual contacts or conversations from your dashboard, or contact us to request deletion of your entire account and its data.
• By email: send a deletion request to privacy@zetior.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing.

End‑customers (people who messaged a business)

If you exchanged WhatsApp messages with a business that uses Zetior, that business controls your data. Please contact the business directly to request deletion. If you cannot reach them, email privacy@zetior.com and we will forward your request to the relevant business and assist where we can.

What happens next

• We acknowledge deletion requests within 72 hours.
• Verified requests are completed within 30 days.
• We permanently delete or irreversibly anonymize the personal data, except where we are required by law to retain certain records (for example, billing/tax records), which we keep only for the minimum required period.
