Terms of Service

Last updated: August 8, 2026

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Zetior (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Zetior is a WhatsApp Business messaging and CRM platform that lets businesses connect their own WhatsApp Business Account to send template messages, manage conversations in a shared inbox, run campaigns, and automate outreach through the WhatsApp Business Cloud API provided by Meta.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for any users you invite to your organization.

4. Acceptable use & WhatsApp compliance

You agree to use the Service only in compliance with these terms, all applicable laws, and the policies of integrated providers — including Meta’s platform policies and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. In particular, you agree to:

  • Obtain valid opt‑in consent from recipients before messaging them, and honor opt‑out requests.
  • Not send spam, unsolicited, deceptive, or prohibited content.
  • Use message templates only for their approved category and purpose.
  • Be solely responsible for the content you send and the contacts you upload.

Violations may result in message failures, suspension by Meta, or termination of your account.

5. Billing, wallet & fees

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Certain messaging is charged on a prepaid basis: you fund a wallet balance from which per‑message fees are deducted, and message packages may grant a message allowance. Wallet top‑ups and fees are non‑refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. You are responsible for any charges Meta bills directly where applicable to your billing arrangement.

6. Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and remain the exclusive property of Zetior and its licensors. You retain ownership of your own content and contact data.

7. Third‑party services

The Service depends on third parties, including Meta’s WhatsApp Business Cloud API and payment processors. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or actions of those providers, including message delivery decisions or account restrictions imposed by Meta.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these terms, harms other users or the Service, or is required to comply with law or provider policies. You may stop using the Service at any time; see our Data Deletion page regarding your data.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zetior shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for message delivery failures caused by third‑party providers.

10. Changes & contact

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Questions? Contact us.
