1. Overview

Zetior (“we”, “us”) is a WhatsApp Business messaging and CRM platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect information when you use our website and Service. By using Zetior you agree to this policy.

2. Our role: controller and processor

For account and website data (people who sign up and use Zetior), we act as a data controller. For WhatsApp messaging data processed on behalf of a business that has connected its WhatsApp Business Account, we act as a data processor — the connected business is the controller of its contacts’ data, and we process it only on that business’s instructions.

3. Information we collect

• Account information: name, email, organization, and login credentials.
• WhatsApp / messaging data: when you connect a WhatsApp Business Account, we process your business phone number ID and access token (stored encrypted), your message templates, your contacts’ phone numbers and profile names, and the content and delivery status of messages sent and received through the Service.
• Billing data: plan, wallet balance, transactions and payment references (card details are handled by our payment processors, not stored by us).
• Usage & diagnostic data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and logs.
• Cookies: essential cookies for site function; non-essential analytics cookies load only after you consent.

4. How we use information

We use information to provide and operate the Service — including sending and receiving WhatsApp messages on behalf of connected businesses, managing their templates and WhatsApp assets, processing billing, providing support, ensuring security and preventing abuse, and complying with legal obligations. We do not use the content of messages processed on behalf of businesses for advertising, and we do not sell personal data.

5. WhatsApp Business Platform & Meta

The Service uses the WhatsApp Business Cloud API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Messages you send and receive through Zetior are transmitted through Meta’s infrastructure and are subject to Meta’s terms and policies, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta’s Privacy Policy. Businesses are responsible for obtaining valid opt‑in from their contacts before messaging them.

6. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us operate the Service — including Meta (WhatsApp Business Cloud API), our hosting and infrastructure providers, email delivery, and payment processors — under appropriate safeguards and only as needed to provide the Service. We may disclose information where required by law.

7. Data retention & security

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law (for example, billing records). Access tokens and other secrets are stored encrypted. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your rights & data deletion

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. 9. International transfers & children

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own; where required we use appropriate transfer safeguards. The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
